Jeff Loomans Sierra Ventures
Jeff served as a Vice President, Engineering at Siebel Systems immediately prior to joining Sierra Ventures in 2002. Prior to Siebel, Jeff co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer and VP Engineering at OnLink Technologies, a Sierra Ventures VI portfolio company that was acquired by Siebel System in a transaction valued at $760 million. Jeff also co-founded and was President at Integrated Business Software. He holds an undergraduate degree in Symbolic Systems and a graduate degree in Computer Science, both from Stanford University. Jeff's investment practice includes software as a service (SaaS), Cleantech and consumer companies. His current portfolio includes Zoom Systems, Corrigo, Inc., Red5 Studios, Inc., greyboxx, Inc., Expresso Fitness and MIOX, Inc.
Drew Senyei M.D. Enterprise Partners Venture Capital
Drew is a managing director at Enterprise Partners where he leads the life science practice. Drew focuses on investments in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices and consumer healthcare. Drew has served on over 25 public and private boards. Prior to joining Enterprise Partners in 1987, Drew was a physician and entrepreneur. While still a medical student at Northwestern University, he developed a drug delivery device and licensed it to Eli Lilly. Drew holds a B.S. from Occidental College and an M.D. from Northwestern University. Drew completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, Irvine, and holds 20 patents in healthcare related products and services including the first and only biochemical test that predicts preterm delivery. The test is available worldwide and has been used by over a million women. In January, 2006, Drew was named one of the Top 100 VCs in Forbes Magazine's 2006 Annual Midas Touch List.
Bill Potts Board Member
Bill served as President of Precor for 14 years, building it from a small focused company in 1986 to an industry leader with an extensive product line in 2000. While at Precor, he oversaw the development and introduction of the elliptical trainer, a new fitness mode that changed the industry and catapulted Precor into its leading position. Prior to that, he worked in new product design and operations management in the medical instrumentation, computer and aerospace industries. Bill received an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program for CEOs at Harvard University. Bill presently serves on the Boards of The Museum of Flight and LeMond Fitness. His favorite fitness activities include tennis, cycling and strength training.
Dave Grenewetzki Board Member
Dave is a veteran of more than 20 years in the consumer software business, and was President of Sierra On-Line, which he helped sell to Vivendi-Universal Games. Before his role at Sierra, Dave held Executive VP roles at Palladium Interactive, Accolade, and Mindscape. Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis, a MS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from California State University at Northridge. Since retiring from Sierra in 2001, Dave has occupied his time as a board member for technology-related companies, as an expert witness for the software development industry and by scuba diving all over the world with his family.
