expresso.net captures your individual workout data, allowing members to track and analyze performance online anytime, anywhere. Leader boards, personal trend reports and community challenges motivate riders to keep working toward their goals.

Personal milestones are rewarded as virtual trophies in the next workout to encourage members to push themselves farther. Members can check out their accomplishments in their own virtual trophy room.
